Shipping for online purchases made on www.milma.studio are currently only offered in a select number of countries (USA, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, CHINA, HONG KONG, and JAPAN). We sincerely appreciate your understanding while we work dilegently to make our beautiful bags available to all corners of the world very soon.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is provided by EMS (Universal Postal Union) and is NOT inclusive of duties and taxes. Duties and Taxes will be due upon receipt. A tracking link directing you to their shipping portal will be sent to you via email once our order has shipped.

PAYMENT
All payments made on www.MILMA.studio are secure. All transactions are in US dollars. We accept PAYPAL, VISA and MASTER card. Payment via BANK TRANSFER, Check or cod are NOT accepted. We do NOT accept orders via Telephone at this time. Sales tax and custom tax will be charged.


RETURN POLICY
At this time, all accessories are final sale.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM below and email it to us at sales@MILMA.studio within 5 days of receipt of your bag.
Upon review of your return/exchange request, if deemed appropriate, an authorization will be emailed to you within 48 hours with instructions. Please do not ship your return without this authorization as it will NOT be processed. PLEASE NOTE: The item must have its original tag in place and must be in its unused, original condition.
When authorized, the product must be mailed at your own expense. Please allow for 14 business days to process the return and allow for up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show on your statement.
MILMA reserves the right to refuse the return request and/or deduct handling charges from your refund amount.
The colors displayed on our website may vary from the actual color of the fabric or leather due to discrepancies in computer screen resolutions or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products. Please contact customer service at sales@milma.studio should you have any questions regarding our products prior to purchase.
All MILMA handbags are individually inspected in person with the strictest standards of care and quality. However due to the natural origin of the leathers used to create the pieces, some handbags may have natural defects. However, should there be any manufacturing defects found, please email us at sales@milma.studio as soon as possible (within 72 hours) of receipt of your purchase.
